What today can be found in the average mobile phone with a much higher resolution and better picture quality was at the time, nothing less, than a sensation due to its minimal size. The DC05 digital camera, which we developed for the Chinese company Opal Manufacturing Ltd., belonged at the time among the smallest devices of its market segment. As a pocket point-and-shoot camera, this camera more than fulfils its function as a small gadget with high fun potential. Its innovative shape would even today rise above the silvery box-shaped products of its competitors.
As a Productline-Extension of the DC05 model, we designed a concept model additionally equipped with a flash and a cord designed to serve both functional and formal means.
